We have formed alliances with many powerful associations who promote the masonry industry with us. It's an honor to join with other fine companies who sent their senior management to donate their time, designs, products and manpower for this and similar competitions around the United States. Congratulations to all of the teams who participated, especially the design and trade and technology students who got to show off their skills. We wish them all long and prosperous careers designing and building with green, sustainable and beautiful masonry products! Congratulations to SAA Architects' Vice President, Danika Dallam, and President, Mark Shermyer, for Danika's award-winning project! Exact Match Masonry Staining was privileged to partner with their talented team on this challenging and highly successful adaptive reuse project in York, Pennsylvania. Capital Self Storage/Coca Cola has been awarded the 2009/2010 Preservation Award from Historic York for Adaptive Re-use in Historic Preservation. The award ceremony was held May 20th, 2010 at the Historic Schultz House, Springettsbury Twp, York, PA. Thanks to their amazing efforts, a piece of Pennsylvania history has been preserved, and the original facade was restored. We thank and recognize firms like SAA Architects who value historic preservation, adaptive re-use, and promote the use of sustainable masonry products.

"It took the amazing talent of Exact Match Masonry Staining's craftsmen to blend the new with old at
Capital Self Storage's East York facility in the former Coca-Cola bottling works building. Even now when
I look back on the final photos, I need to review the "before" photos to determine what was original to
the building and what was new construction made to look like it had been weathered for over 60 years.
The project would not have been as successful without this finishing touch!"
